Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Vani Craft Studio, we want you to have a stress-free creative experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here is our policy:

“Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage-related claims.”

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement for a full refund, provided it hasn’t been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Since our kits contain plaster and paints, if an item arrives broken or leaked, please record an unboxing video and email us at vanicraftstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
• Returns: Due to the nature of DIY kits (safety and hygiene of paints/materials), we only accept returns for unopened and unused kits within 48 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more info, please check our Refund policy page.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds for payments made via Razorpay will be processed back to the same source account within 5-7 working days of approval.
• Please note that the flat shipping fee of ₹70 is non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.
