Returns & Refunds: Our “No-Stress” Policy
At Plaster Resin Art, we want you and your little artists to be 100% happy with your customized plaster toys. We know that life happens—packages get bumped and minds get changed. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds to make things as easy as possible for you.
1. If Your Order Arrives Broken (The “Oops” Factor)
Plaster is beautiful, but it can be delicate! We pack our plaster painting kits with mountains of bubble wrap, but if the mail carrier was a little too rough and your item arrives broken:

Don’t worry! We will replace it.

What to do: Take a quick photo of the broken item and the packaging it came in.

Get in touch: Email the photos to plaster.resinart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The fix: We will ship out a replacement for free or issue a store credit so you can pick something else.
2. Customized & Personalized Items
We love creating personalized plaster figures just for you! Because these items are custom-poured with specific names or designs:

Final Sale: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” on customized orders.

Check Your Spelling: Please double-check all names before hitting “buy.” We create exactly what is on the order form!
3. Standard (Non-Custom) Returns
If you purchased a standard, non-customized DIY craft kit and have changed your mind:

Timeline: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the kit must be unused, in its original packaging, and the paint pots must still be sealed.

Return Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once we receive your return (or approve a photo of a damaged item), we will process your refund immediately.

The Wait: It usually takes 3-5 business days for the credit to show up on your bank statement, depending on your provider.
5. Missing Items
Did we forget a paintbrush or a specific paint color? We’re human and occasionally make mistakes! Send us a note at plaster.resinart@gmail.com and we’ll pop the missing pieces in the mail to you right away.
