1. Shipping Destinations & Coverage
We currently provide shipping services across all pin codes within India. Our logistics partners include industry leaders like Shiprocket, ensuring your creative kits reach you safely, whether you are in a metro city or a remote location. At present, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Since each of our DIY plaster toys is handcrafted with care, we follow a strict processing timeline:
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Operational Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National holidays.
- High Volume Periods: During festive seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp (+91 63605 90436).
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹70 on all orders within India.
- Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 Business Days — ₹70
- Minimum Order: The minimum order value required to check-out is ₹300.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email and WhatsApp. This will include your unique tracking number, which becomes active within 24 hours. You can track your “Vani Craft Studio” order directly through the link provided.
5. Damages and Transit Insurance
Vani Craft Studio takes full responsibility for products damaged during transit. Because plaster is fragile, we use multi-layer protective packaging.
- Since our kits contain plaster and paints, if an item arrives broken or leaked, please record an unboxing video and email us at vanicraftstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please notify us within 24 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
