  • Product Accuracy: We try to display the colors of our plaster kits and paints as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
  • Pricing: All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments: You agree to provide valid payment information through our secure gateway, Razorpay.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

2. Products and Pricing

  • We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our handmade plaster toys. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
  • All prices for products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
  • Minimum Order Value: To process an order through our website, a minimum cart value of ₹300 (excluding shipping) is required. Orders below this amount will not be eligible for checkout.
  • Random Selection Only: By purchasing this individual piece for ₹40, you agree that the specific plaster shape will be selected randomly by our team. We cannot accommodate requests for specific designs (e.g., “only the dolphin” or “only the pumpkin”) for individual orders.
  • Mystery Element: Half the fun is the surprise! You will receive one figure from our wide range of collections (Ocean, Nature, Autumn, or Hearts).
  • How to Choose Specific Shapes: If you require a specific theme or set of characters, please browse our Combo Packs, where shapes are grouped by category.
  • Bulk Orders: For orders of 10 pieces or more, we will do our best to provide a diverse variety of shapes so you don’t get too many duplicates!
  • Non-Returnable: Due to the “Mystery Box” nature of this product, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on the specific shape received.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. For more details, please review our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Your purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are governed by the terms set forth in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Your rights to returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unpainted, and unused condition.
  • Since our kits contain plaster and paints, if an item arrives broken or leaked, please record an unboxing video and email us at vanicraftstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund..

6. User Comments and Feedback

If you send certain specific submissions (for example gallery photos of your painted kits), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those comments or images.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
