Terms of Service: The “Fine Print” Made Easy

Welcome to the Plaster Resin Art family! We are so excited to help spark your child’s imagination with our customized plaster toys to paint. By using our website, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept them simple and easy to read because we know you’ve got masterpieces to create!

1. Our Handmade Guarantee

Every one of our plaster painting kits is hand-poured and inspected for quality. Because these are handmade items:

• Unique Character: You might see tiny air bubbles or slight texture variations. These aren’t flaws; they are the mark of a truly handmade DIY craft kit.
• Custom Orders: We love making personalized plaster figures! Please double-check your spelling at checkout. Since these are custom-made just for you, we cannot offer refunds for spelling errors provided to us.

2. Safety First for Your Little Artists

Your child’s safety is our top priority.

• Supervision: Our kids’ art sets are designed for children aged [3+]. Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Safe Materials: We provide non-toxic paints, but they are meant for the plaster, not for eating! Keep all materials away from mouths and eyes.

3. Shipping & The “Oops” Policy

We pack our plaster shapes with extra bubble wrap and care. However, plaster can be delicate during its journey to you.

• Arrival in One Piece: If your item arrives broken, don’t panic! Just email a photo of the damaged item and the box to plaster.resinart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or a refund right away.
• Processing Time: Since we offer many customized paintable toys, please allow 2 days for us to create your kit before it ships.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Because we start working on your customized orders quickly, cancellations must be made within 24 of purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is damaged.
