All transactions will include a flat shipping charge of ₹70. Please ensure your cart total meets our minimum order requirement of ₹300 to proceed with the payment.

2. Transaction Security & Data Privacy

Your financial security is our top priority.

  • PCI-DSS Compliant: All transactions on vanicraftstudio.com are processed over an industry-standard 128-bit SSL encrypted connection via Razorpay.
  • No Stored Data: Vani Craft Studio does not see, collect, or store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details. All sensitive information is handled directly by the secure servers of our payment partner.

3. Transparent Pricing

  • All prices for our DIY painting kits are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • The total amount shown at checkout is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • There are no hidden processing fees or convenience charges applied by Vani Craft Studio.

4. Payment Failures & Resolving Issues

If a transaction fails but money is debited from your account:

  • Automatic Refunds: In most cases, the banking system will automatically refund the amount to your original source within 5–7 business days.
  • Assistance: If you do not see a refund or an order confirmation, please contact us at vanicraftstudio@gmail.com with your Transaction ID. We will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve the issue immediately.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered “Confirmed” only after we receive a “Success” notification from the payment gateway. You will receive an automated confirmation email and WhatsApp message as soon as your payment is verified.
